Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Raising Conscious Vibrations. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed (and paid for) after 11am will be shipped on the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order for any reason, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
To keep shipping costs reasonable, we use The Courier Guy’s Locker to Locker service only.
Please ensure you have entered your suburb, as well as town, to allow us to select the closest PUDO locker to you. Please allow 1 to 4 days in transit for delivery, although delivery may be delayed in situations outside of The Courier Guy’s control.
When your order is ready for pickup you will receive a code for the lockers from The Courier Guy. Please enter that code at the locker station and the correct locker will open for you to retrieve your parcel.
Please note: Shipping or delivery is a service that we provide on behalf of our customers using The Courier Guy’s locker to locker service. Once the packages are placed in the locker we are not in-control of transit times and delivery. When problems occur, we do our utmost best to assist our customers, but ultimately the responsibility lies with the courier company.
You may also select free pickup by yourself or someone you choose from Randpark, Randburg. The address will be sent to you via email once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the notification that your order is ready for pickup.
International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship anywhere outside of South Africa.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
For Radiant Soultz products: we charge a set rate for all packages shipped within South Africa. The shipping rate is for a single jar, up to 3 individual jars, a single Shower Pack or a single Power Pack. Anything larger than these will be an additional cost which we will need to calculate. Please select free pickup on checkout and we will invoice you the cost of the shipping separately which must be paid before the items will be shipped.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please contact info@rcvibrations.org if you require any further shipping details.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Raising Conscious Vibrations (R C Vibrations (Pty) Ltd) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Non-Online Orders
If you do not feel comfortable placing an order through our online store, feel free to email us at info@rcvibrations.org so we may assist you with an offline order.
Offline orders are dispatched only after payment is reflected in our bank account. Please allow 2 – 3 days for the payment to reflect.
Damages
Raising Conscious Vibrations is not liable for any loss, breakage, leakage or any other damage that may occur during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact info@rcvibrations.org to file a claim.
Please take and send photographs of the damaged goods and save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Exchanges
Radiant Soultz products: Due to the products not containing any preservatives we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the goods are shipped.Should you need to change your order for any reason kindly contact info@rcvibrations.org as soon as possible prior to the order being shipped.
For all other product returns or exchanges please email info@rcvibrations.org.
For items we have agreed may be returned, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns and Refund Policy
We are grateful you have chosen to purchase from Raising Conscious Vibrations and your satisfaction with our products is extremely important to us. This policy explains your rights and our responsibilities under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
All customers should read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
Returns
Raising Conscious Vibrations reserves the right to assess each return on a case-by-case basis.
Return Period
You may return eligible items within 20 days of purchase.
After the 20-day period has passed, Raising Conscious Vibrations is no longer obliged to accept a return or provide any form of refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Radiant Soultz products: Due to the products not containing any preservatives we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the goods are shipped.
For all other products: to qualify for a return the item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must be returned with its original packaging, undamaged. Proof of purchase is required.
Please send your request for a return to info@rcvibrations.org for approval. Once approved you will be provided with the address to return the item(s) to at your own expense. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our premises. If the product is damaged while being returned, we cannot issue store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Under the CPA and due to the nature of the goods, the following items cannot be returned:
- Radiant Soultz products (as they are perishable)
- Gift cards
Defective or Damaged Goods
If an item is defective or damaged on delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect, as required by the CPA and include photographs of the damage or defect.
Once we have assessed the damage or defect, we may offer, at our discretion either an exchange for the same item or a store credit.

Please note that defects caused by misuse, negligence, or incorrect care do not qualify for return under CPA regulations.
Sale Items
Sale items are not refundable or returnable. Only full-priced items may be considered for return and store-credit refunds.
Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift, a store credit will be issued if your return is approved. Please contact info@rcvibrations.org for gift returns on eligible items.
Shipping Costs for Returns
All return shipping costs are at your expense. All shipping fees are non-refundable. If store credit is issued, the original shipping amount will not be included.
Raising Conscious Vibrations is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.
Processing Times
Once we receive your returned item, we typically process the inspection and issue the store-credit, if applicable, within 7 business days.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons.
Refunds
Refund Method (Store Credit Only)
All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
We do not offer:
- Cash refunds
- EFT refunds
- Credit card reversals
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return and if approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital or physical voucher that can be used on any future purchase.
